About Marcus Chew

Marcus Chew is the founder of DinoMesh, a Singapore company that measures, fabricates and installs custom-fitted retractable insect screens for homes across the island. He founded the company in 2025 and has been personally involved in more than 100 full-home installations since — in HDB flats, condominiums and landed homes. He specialises in retractable insect screens and cat-proof stainless steel mesh, and he measures and installs every screen himself. Marcus works hands-on on both new BTO flats and older resale flats, including the 1980s–90s pivot casement windows whose drifted dimensions and worn frames require custom fixing solutions rather than standard brackets. Every screen is mounted with DinoMesh's no-drill adhesive system, which leaves window frames undamaged. Every guide Marcus writes for DinoMesh comes out of this installation work: what genuinely keeps mosquitoes out, which mesh survives a cat's claws, and how a screen should be fitted so it lasts.
